      We really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. It's great to hear that you're enjoying our new London office in Paddington and the hybrid working we've introduced for employees. We also appreciate your comments about desk availability in our London office and recognise how important workspace accessibility is. Our facilities team is continuously developing ways to improve this for our employees, and we also have several breakout rooms with desks, such as our quiet rooms, treadmill walking desks, and extra seating on our balconies for employees to enjoy (especially during the warmer months). Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue to review and improve our office experience to support our teams better.

      Ventajas

      Lots of good people who want to do well and are supportive, good salary and benefits.

      Desventajas

      - Lots of good people here, but Virgin Media O2 are flogging an old model and just not competing any longer in a very tough market. Senior leadership really need to read the room and get serious about the commercial model and pricing, else this business may cease to exist in 10 years - the time is now... Stop wasting time & money on needless projects and products. Focus on making a core set of products great, which also represent real value for customers - Regular restructures that are not well managed or communicated - Lots of male egos at a senior level, and much time is wasted pandering to them - Little female representation at director level and above - the company makes the right noises about this but I've seen little change in this respect - Generally feels a little like it's "who you know" with leadership - Backtracked on remote-friendly culture and moved to a 2 day a week hybrid model, but this isn't great with a widely-dispersed team. It makes life hard for those that don't live in London.
