      Ventajas

      Can't think of any.

      Desventajas

      1. Terrible management. There is absolutely NO policy. 2. Executives only do things that benefit themselves. Disregards the rest of the company. 3. No matter how hard employees work, there are no incentives/praises to motivate you. It's either you work or you leave. 4. Most management have a temper issue. Constant yelling is heard around the office. 5. They are also telling people to write fake reviews here to bring up the rating.

      Ventajas

      Good place to learn if you try "hard" enough and go beyond your assigned tasks. I am in debt of this company in terms of skill sets I built up during my employments .

      Desventajas

      There is something fundamentally wrong in the top two level executive mentalities. You can obviously sense that CEO and CFO running exclusively company at their own best short term interests with no care about the long term goals, employees and sustainability.
