It is in their base principals to make you feel that what you are doing is not important, of course, because it benefits them, One thing which helps you boost your productivity is a little bit of freedom so you can be clearheaded, But here they have rules against putting your head on the desk in their policy, I strongly recommend to stay away unless it is your last option After there are a lot of companies which will give you stable salary but won't have this toxic work culture.
