Where do I even begin... management is flying by the seat of their pants. Say you had to tell management something you wanted kept private, not even 30 minutes later, almost the whole crew knows. D R A M A Q U E E N S. I have never had THIS much drama at any job I've ever had before. Tenants are catered to FAR too much. Probably the worst communication I've ever experienced at a job. The office can never be pleased with unit preps/ turnarounds, or anything for that matter. You can't talk about anything other than strictly work because people here have a tendency to to be two faced. People will make up rumors about you that are entirely false... an absolute madhouse. If you aren't desperate for work, DO NOT apply here!
