Ventajas
Always growing, always developing & the best people I have ever worked with. Everyone knows the owner and the MD. They are approachable, available, knowledgeable & hard working. If you want to work hard get rewarded for your work this is a great place to be. The company is ambitious and fast paced. They genuinely aim to do a great job and be the best they can. They pay well & if you perform well you get very good bonus & rewards. The culture is fun and outgoing, however there is no pressure to socialise if you don’t want to or have other commitments. Day to day the office is lively & interactive. Most people are hybrid. Nice office snacks & a beer fridge (also non alcoholic drinks)
Desventajas
Not much I can say on cons, the tech is sometimes a pain but that’s the clients technology so not within our control. You are expected to hard work but because the team is so good it 100% worth while.
