I have not seen any pros.

Working at Vasudev was not a good experience for me. The company puts too much pressure on employees and expects projects to be finished in just a week. They make many promises before joining, but most of them turn out to be false—especially from the HR team. They can change rules anytime without any proper reason, and sometimes they cut salary without any clear explanation. During the interview and joining, they talk very nicely, but after that, their behavior changes. It mostly depends on the team lead. Manveer is one example. If the team lead doesn't like you, they can fire you in an hour in front of the whole company. One most important thing. Don't ever believe on their reviews. Their HR force everyone to give the nice reviews after onboarding.

Best company to start your career. Vasudev Innovative Software is An amazing place to grow and learn. I’ve been working here past 1.5 years now and have experienced the best phase of personality and career growth in this time. After joining, I never thought I should go anywhere else. My job here has groomed me both personally and professionally. I have made many friends here. We all are recognized here and awarded for our work done. We get multiple training’s in technology and leadership, fun activities, international client interaction, and much more. I would recommend joining them if you have the hunger to thrive and move forward in life.
