Work from home is about it.

Desventajas

Micro managed. Like, tell the group your call stats from each day in a morning meeting EVERY DAY and send your boss your daily stats in an email each night EVERY DAY. Like, they use Salesforce, but can't pull reports. Meetings are held seemingly every day to talk about, guess what, NUMBERS. MORE MORE MORE MORE NUMBER NUMBERS NUMBERS. That is all you hear. Run. Don't walk.

Ventajas

Flexibility, and a great group of people on the team.

Desventajas

Constant changes in policies and protocals. Little communication throughout the whole company. Low pay, no increases in 4 years yet Sales Reps are rewarded trips and other perks. It was difficult to know who to reach out to with questions as roles and duties were constantly changing. The Corporate environment changed what was once a great place to work.
