Only pro I can advise is that it teaches you what a bad company looks like.
Desventajas
Poor sales strategy - hires the wrong leadership. No training provided. Overhire on sales team to try and bring in a lot of cash quickly so they can go to people who want to buy the company and cash out - then massive firings. Tops SDRs being fired for no reason. Dashboard sales managers, adding no value to current reps. APAC is also a mess. Toxic culture - a lot of gossip and incompetent people. People only talk or nice to you if they need something from you. Product doesn't solve too many problems/challenges that are high on priority. Their strategy is acquiring products then reselling it at a higher cost to customers that have been using the product for a while, so churn is quite high.
