There is no management here as such, as the CEO of India is the sole decision maker here, and others exist to obey his orders. There is no reception to any new ideas. 3. Parent organization in Denmark does not have a strong control over business activities in India. Its mostly like a satellite office to the parent company in Denmark, and does not have any capabilities to get projects my itself. 5. Pathetic office environment, and facilities. They don't even have a good quality conferencing facility.
