Hiring leadership outside the industry that don't understand how the optical industry actually works. Constantly changing pay compensation to match a renewable energy sales force. Top reps leaving the company and they keep blaming outside influences on why they can't keep top talent. Management just spins anything bad to the CEO so it's not their fault. Rewarding mediocre sales staff. They don't want innovation or feedback and have now dipped into the world of Private Equity.
