Ventajas
VSP Global is staffed by people who care deeply about the way the company shows up in the world. They see profits and the bottom line as a bi-product of doing what's right - and genuinely helping people see. I've received care from my colleagues and leadership through personal trials, feedback when necessary, and a genuine desire to be in a place where I can be my best. Desventajas
VSP struggles with itself. With multiple lines of business, it often feels like 5 different companies versus 1 and this impacts our ability to adapt to a changing world. We spend too much time on internal struggles that our execution is slow and in many cases, we miss the moment. Not a huge fan of cubicle land either and I know a lot of talented people who would dig the content of the work, but just couldn't stand the stale work spaces.
