Ventajas
Great staff, great benefits, great work environment. Everyone is valued as an employee and the CEO & COO make a point to greet every individual person each morning. It is a great mix of men and women, which is rare for a company, with many women in leadership roles. I feel that my opinion is valued and there are plenty of resources and opportunities to learn and grow. VR Systems is employee-owned, and the employees take pride in their work
Desventajas
The only downside at this company compared to others is the lack of remote opportunities. I understand not working from home every day, but having the opportunity to do it once or twice a week would be nice, like most tech companies do.
