Ventajas
Great people all around. The management team makes it easy to consentrate to work and make sure you have everything you need. You are not forced to go to a client that does not feel right or if you feel it will not develop you career wise.
Desventajas
For some the consultancy might be a con. For me it is not. I actually like the fact that if I want to change working place, I can change cmustomer and stay employed at the same company.
I mean we could have more people joining in to the board game club.
But seriously, Vala has been and is the best place I have worked and I have experience on different fields before IT.
