Ventajas
Initial training induction programmes are there for freshers. Some of the P&C team members are very helpful and empathetic.
Desventajas
After .net training there is a project towards the end as part of evaluation, I feel more time must be given also it can be done as a group project of 2-3 members More clarity must be given.
