      Ventajas

      - good opportunity for growth as an RN - training for resuscitation and acute areas mandatory which is helpful for skills set

      Desventajas

      - management is horrible, doesn't care about well being of staff - hospital can be run down in areas, machines not working (aka BP cuffs, etc) - not a lot of part time options, super hard to get less hours than full time, and working full time in the ER is a really tough, draining lifestyle

      -fantastic co-workers -good communication and support from management -good cost of living salary increases each year -manager was very supportive in my professional growth -good benefits and retirement plans

      -limited ability to get significant increases in pay or promotions -limited funding for ongoing development
