Ventajas
I've been working for Unit4 for about 3 months. It's been a wonderfull experience. I have to say that the onboarding and training were really well set up and it's perfect to get the first insights of our ERP before getting to do the R2R exam and start working with the customers. The team gave me a huge welcome, everybody is very kind and always have time to catch up and help you in everything you need. Overall it's a great place to work. Everyday is different in terms of cases you are going to work on, so you need to have an open mind and also be able to be constantly seeking new information and learn as improvements in the software come. I highly recommend Unit4 as a company that really puts the people first and really care about your wellbeign.
Desventajas
In terms of cons I really don't have much to say. Maybe the full remote work isn't the best thing ever (since I'm not located in Lisbon) but it also has a positive side as well.
