Ventajas

It's the most transparent, and engaging, culture from a Mgmt perspective - with the most approachable (and available!) Exec team I've experienced. Desventajas
- Fast paced (which isn't for everyone - especially in a demanding climate): the environment can be too unstable for some as we pivot quick to industry, technology or economic changes - however in 2023, change is an expected norm. - We have the right solution strategy but I wish we had more Product / R&D resources to move quicker, deliver our new solutions faster and help us demonstrate more features which make Unit4 an easier choice against our competitors. - The dynamism of the company, and it's approach to welcoming change, can be difficult to follow through on without everyone aligned to the strategy - With market leadership the goal, salaries outside of direct Sales roles could be better
