Toxic upper management ever since Covid, which pushed out the previously awesome managers/executives and lead to 1 tyrannical “Director” in charge of multiple departments. This notorious “director” is sadly a 2 faced snake that will never admit to being wrong about anything and she will always push the “accountability” towards you. You always have to “CYA”. They use Manipulation/Fear tactics. Burnout is praised. Micromanagement galore. Upper management will always look out for themselves and their wallets, not their people or departments. However, the employees themselves are wonderful people.
