Some mid-level managers appear to be sincere, but not the majority of them. Their product is not even distantly close to what they brand it to be Higher-ups are busy with travel and podcasts, giving talks but not exactly realizing anything. Entry-level positions are being filled. I don't know how because, honestly, I don't see any sensibilities. Gave promotions without hike this year, mandatory cut in the performance-based component. Some great team leaders have started to 'fake-work' as well, putting all the liabilities on their managers. There is no learning here for entry levels, no leadership opportunity for middle management and no vision in the top brass. Stay out stay good
