Ventajas
This company offers BRILLIANT pay alongside great flexibility with hours. There is a very strong support system within the company and the management team cares about the progress of each team member. There are amazing incentives such as prizes and bonuses for hitting sale statistics ,monthly award ceremonies to celebrate and reward those who have done well throughout that month and also monthly staff socials that are fully paid for by the company. The company are super supportive of our personal goals and are happy to work around things that we are pursuing outside of work. For example I am a performer and I was always allowed time away for auditions and classes. In the end I had to leave the company as I had a performing job and they were so supportive of my achievement and my decision to leave .Overall a wonderful company to work for and I would encourage people to work here!
Desventajas
My only con would be that insurance isn't really something that interests me however it was very insightful to learn more about it and I definitely feel a lot more informed from having this job .
