Ventajas
Unico attracts some pretty extraordinary talent. They are a little picky about who they hire and when you're on the inside you can see why. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best and brightest in the business.
Focus is on telco vertical and the expertise they have in the space is second to none.
When I left they were making major leaps into other industries as well. Big data analytics is a new speciality with some impressive consultants joining more recently.
Management are supportive and it's the one place I have worked where an "open door policy" is actually just that. Their Exec team and owners of the business are part of the bigger team and open to new ideas from the troops.

Desventajas
Not much to complain about really.
Clients can be demanding and given that Unico has such a long history with most of them, they can at times take the services for granted.
