Ventajas
Work was not difficult. Interesting and enjoyable research work, it was the best part of the job. Good benefits and vacation time.
Desventajas
Some DIVs, not all lack strong leadership and personnel management. Really bad things would happen and things would just get sweeped under the rug. Don't get me wrong, not all the people there were like that. The group I worked with had many good people leave, and people that stayed were always toxic. Being unprofessional, swearing, and talking about sex. Back stabbing, lying and libels just because another person was working hard to do an outstanding job because they wanted to or felt threatened. Plus way too much gossip and cliques in idleness.
