No Pros. For the private employees, do not join the organization. There is no job security. Deputy Directors will give negative feedback about you to Directors and DDGs , who will eventually sack you by unlawfully putting you on PIP. They use abusive language on the floor as their salaries are lower than high ranked private officials. In short, join UIDAI only if you are jobless as incompetent government officials will ruin your career by sacking you.
Desventajas
Only Cons, abusive workplace, no system of work. Only useless PPts compilation which makes zero business sense. No vision, only PIP issuance to ruin your career. Totally unethical and career destroying organization. Join at your own risk.
