      Ventajas

      Nice Company to kick start your career, Challenging tasks at all times but feels stressful. Benefits and compensation wise good. Colleagues are helpful.

      Desventajas

      As usual like most of the companies, they only care about clients. You might be staying late night till next morning, it might get repeated until you complete your work but once you complete your work successfully, you will be recognized for your work. Since it is a small company obviously there will be minimal work life balance. 75% work 20 % life. Feels stressful at times.

      Flexible team, very progressive environment, friendly team and management. People are valued and several key projects

      Small, can handle only specific types of projects, agile team but limited in performance with multiple projects
