However, I’m deeply concerned by your comments about leadership and the work environment. Bullying or enabling that behavior is completely unacceptable, and I want to personally assure you that this is not the culture we aim to foster. We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive workplace for all employees, and your feedback highlights areas where we need to uncover what went wrong so we can do better.
Regarding our commitment to gender equity and other values, I take these issues very seriously, and we recognize that actions must always align with our words. We continue reinforcing our focus on leadership accountability, respect, and inclusivity, and take immediate steps to address any behaviors that are contrary to our core values.
