      Ventajas

      very much feels of a start up, everyone is learning how to imporve on the fly. Pay is competivie and remote work possible for some positions and based on experiance level

      Desventajas

      Managers and above always in office even if team is remote. Always looking to make money and not always willing to spend it for things that could be an investment (people, tech ect).

      One of the best learning experiences in Software Sales. Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand

      Ventajas

      - Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)

      Desventajas

      - Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
