      Ventajas

      Review on my position as an account manager and not any other department. Best pay for an Account Manager position in Irvine. I looked at all the tech companies in Newport, Irvine, and SoCal. Great company culture. You could move into another department if you felt you weren't being pushed to your potential. Plenty of opportunities in Support, Operations, and Marketing.

      Desventajas

      Early mornings. You have to support East and Mid East time zones so you have to be okay with getting up early. Had the rest of the afternoon off which was nice and preferred once I got used to it. Took about 1 month to get acclimated to the early schedule so be ready.

      One of the best learning experiences in Software Sales. Management and the team culture is one of the best and most helpful, everyone is always open to questions and be a helping hand

      Ventajas

      - Remote work is an option now - Flexibility in hybrid work for CA employees (we just moved to 4 days per week WFH for our team) - You get to work on a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 tickets. So good exposure to troubleshooting/technical break-fix of complex tickets. - Reputable organization (holds 6/6 MS designations)

      Desventajas

      - Headquarters is in California, but we work East Coast hours (but hey, you wrap up work at a decent time)
