Ventajas
i have been lucky enough to be given the opportunity of progression within the company as i started off as an apprentice, this went on for 12months, and i was then taken on full time.
being able to have the opportunity to widen my knowledge here, i.e - learning reception and covering when reception is off, learning how to do the processing side of the job and learning my main job role. i am able to switch roles when needed. this has given me the opportunity to progress within the workplace.
to be able to work alongside a great team, made great friends and have been able to participate in activities that have been created within the workplace i.e - christmas jumper day where the whole company get to take part in wearing a Christmas jumper and win prizes for the best jumper, also participating in christmas meals paid for by the company.
have built a strong bond with the teams across the company, as we are able to socialise and get to know more about others job roles. recently, we have been able to go round the door and window factory to get to know how the factory works so we get more valuable information.
Desventajas
the pay for what i do is not enough.
potential long working screen time.
