      Transparency is there between hierarchy. Top management is accessible for 1:1. Company culture is good

      Desventajas

      Hybrid work Policy which I did not like. Work from home was better one but due to policy changes they started Hybrid one

      Ventajas

      This company values a positive company culture and really makes an effort to make their staff feel valued. The HR team plans monthly social events. Staff lunch every Wednesday. The executives are so chill! They have lunch with the rest of the team and play ping pong. With half the company being in India they are always stressing how we are all one company. Everyone is genuinely kind and helpful!

      Bring more people back to the office, it’s more fun! But nothing too serious of a con to list
