This is a company with heart. Lots of good people here trying to make their way mostly with government contracting. Hours are relatively reasonable and they do their best to be fair and meet you in the middle when your situations changes. They are good at training their employees and happy to support you if you have a plan.
Desventajas
Compared to other organizations of a similar makeup in the DC area, they have fewer benefits relative to their size. Having said that, I never felt like I was running short on the basic things I need.
