This is the worst company I have ever encountered. They do not have proper management in place and fail to follow any software development life cycle (SDLC) methods. The company directors involve themselves in even the most basic decisions and often lack common sense in their communication with employees. Moreover, if you give your all to the company, the directors expect even more from you, which can be very discouraging. 1. This is one of the best places to learn and grow. 2. The team works with the latest technologies. 3. They have recently expanded into AI development and other cutting-edge innovations. 4. The leadership is exceptional—Director Prashant Telang is extremely sharp, while Team Lead Laxman Fondswant and Server Administrator Suhas Shinde are truly brilliant.

Adapting to the latest technologies requires continuous learning and can take some time for newcomers to adjust.
