      Ventajas

      Work from home is the only pro

      Desventajas

      I can say 100 cons. No proper management They do not follow agile methodology properly Nothing is done in a proper manner I have never ever seen a sprint review/ planning not being conducted for more than 6 months except in this place. Code is always pushed to the branches but code review never happens. The salary is not competitive. There is much more but these are the main things.

      Ventajas

      The only good part was the developers team. Which was completely fired in the end of 2023 due to bad management.

      Desventajas

      The company is broken; CEO is a dreamer and hard believes he's going to create a tech revolution; Lunatic CTO; Scrum master had no idea what he was doing; Several people that literally spent the day doing nothing.
