The goals of the company are clear and of potentially great value to the world. It is time that someone executes this and we are on a path to get it done. We are working with a lot of brilliant people from different parts of the world. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The vibe is exciting as we are transitioning from doing things creatively on a shoestring budget to doing things creatively with the necessary resources to do it right and with confidence. I have no complaints about my personal compensation. Advancement came within a reasonable time period . Company sponsorship of medical benefits has been extremely generous. The company has regular celebrations / opportunities for socializing including significant others. There are plenty of comforts - snacks and meals provided daily. There is company sponsorship to offset transportation costs. Have I mentioned working with great people on something that really matters?

Because we are on the bleeding edge of some technologies or integrations of technologies there is some bleeding and sometimes it doesn't come easily so you should desire a challenge. Some teammates are working extraordinary hours to get things done which I hope will settle down for their sake and so I can feel better about the fact that my availability is limited.
