Work from home - when Andrew decides to send you work Project Managers are always lovely (when there are project managers and they haven't left due to poor treatment from Andrew.)
Desventajas
When there are roughly 17 reviews about a company and only ONE is positive because Andrew Dodson clearly wrote it himself, I think that in itself speaks for itself! Andrew says we must reach out to him. Tries to make himself look like he is kind and friendly and happy to communicate. Don't you dare step on his toes! You'll be fired without him telling you you're fired. He'll simply email the project manager with a "No more work for this person." And leave the PM to communicate with the person that has been fired. Andrew is a bully and will get rid of any one who dares to question him. The contractors are well versed in letting things ride or you lose your job. It all comes down to those that are prepared to be bullied and those that aren't. No contractors are happy in this job. They stick it out because their loyalty lies with the PM and not Andrew or they cannot find other work. If there are positive reviews written on Glass Door they are definitely coming from Andrew himself because he knows his ship is sinking.
