Ventajas
I appreciated being treated as a business owner rather than an employee disguised as a contractor. I got paid for all the work I did and anything extra - rather than being asked to do stuff - just because like other outfits. They valued my timely and quality projects. And I got more work and some high-rate projects in return. I could take holidays and care for sick family members without it negatively impacting the working relationship/work. The pay rates were good, and having a Manager who knows my name added to the positive experience. I would gladly recommend them to others.
Desventajas
Your invoices are paid after you submit them - normally around two weeks. This may be an issue for some it seems. They ALWAYS pay. Just not when you need it - normally immediately after I submit an invoice LOL.
