Ventajas

Onboarding was very friendly, supportive and helpful. Enjoyed learning modules, immersive projects to help with client goals. Team Leader was very kind, compassionate and supportive.

Desventajas

Very difficult metrics ratings, advocate is totally at the mercy of the customer's survey review, if they are in a bad mood or do not receive free products after berating you they may leave a negative survey which affects pay and employment. I was constantly marked down for small subjective things, and was even written up for staying on a call '3 seconds too long' when ensuring they were transferred to the right department and connect.

great leadership and coaching opportunities. move up quickly.

Desventajas

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

Ventajas

There were no pros for working for this company.

Desventajas

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
