Only during the implementation of the eVOLVE project was TSSO was a great place to work.
Desventajas
Management is extremely political, and did not value the skill or talent their employees brought to the business. Their recent cybersecurity attack demonstrates that a lot of crucial components of digital transformation were simply overlooked by their executive team. They did not care to invest in cybersecurity when they should've, ended up paying the price for that oversight, and are now scrambling to maintain their reputation. Every approach was a reactive one, versus a proactive one. They did not treat their most valuable employees with respect, which why we all left after the eVOLVE project finished. Especially those who played monumental roles in the success of that project. They have lost a great deal of their hardest working employees due to their lack of respect, communication, and compassion. The CEO is truly an awful person and the overall leadership at TSSO is based on outdated business models, and frankly, is absolutely dismal. As is the office atmosphere.
