If you can ensure the chaos for a short period of time, doors will open at superior shops. Working at TA is a spring board to better opportunities, in a very short period of time. Start applying for jobs early ( within the first 6 months - watch the interview requests roll in. Take your pick.
Desventajas
At the time, I saw what I am about to list as cons, but looking back, these were gifts: Incompetent, out of touch C-Suite. Disorganized management. Great example of how *not* to run an organization. Relative to (consistently) negative EPS, this does not seem to affect the increasing remuneration package of Senior Executive Officers, particularly Dawn Farrell, as employee pay has stagnated for years (so I have heard). The positive of the 'cons': You're doing three jobs, and working 12 hour days; this translates to industry knowledge, second to none - the springboard for your next move, outside of TA. I hopped over to TC Energy - more than double the pay; the job feels easy in comparison.
