Ventajas
Steady paychecks, reasonable amount of PTO, some good people on staff.
Desventajas
Raises are virtually impossible to get, so be sure and get a "high" wage to start with as you'll be at that wage for a very long time. President of the company cannot handle it if you disagree with him and may fire someone on a whim as he has a very bad temper and likes to try to intimidate people. There is no employee development within the company. They don't believe in allowing employees to grow, learn new things, and expand their abilities so as to make them a more valuable commodity. Moral within the company is generally very low with a lot of management staff having left in recent months. Bottom line is that demonstrated ability means very little here. In order to get ahead you need to be a part of the "good old boys" club. People outside of that circle have a difficult time getting ahead.
