Ventajas
TRG is a very well oiled company. The onboarding for the sales department is dialed. The training is gradual without holding you back. The earning potential for the sales department is very good, especially in Bozeman. If you're good at sales, following up, and providing great customer service, you will make good money. The job itself is not hard though it is repetitive and takes a certain personality to thrive in that type of workflow. The sales department has the best management I've experienced in a job. You'll be given the tools and skills to become a great salesperson if you don't already have the skills. Management is motivating yet does not micromanage their team. There is a learning curve, but once you learn the product, CRM, and SOPs, the job is fairly easy and is not stressful. The sales department requires its team to work only between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm. No working overtime. There is a flex schedule so you can front load your week and then leave the office at 11 am on Fridays if you choose to do so. Or you could take longer lunches and go to the gym down the street. The flexibility is fantastic! Everyone is very kind and working in a nice, well-lit office downtown on Main St is great. TRG has a mix of new, younger people and people who have worked there for 10 years. There is a ping pong table that you can enjoy for 30 minutes at the end of every work day. There are usually snack days every 4-6 weeks where one of the departments will bring in food for everyone. Those days are the best! The owners truly care about their employees.
Desventajas
As long as you have a personality to handle repetitive actions, no cons whatsoever. I loved working here.
