The company is quickly growing and is adopting professional standards. Tons of opportunity for growth within the company.

Dealing with legacy home-grown systems and processes that are slow to go away. A lot of talk of being data-driven. A lot of ignoring information which challenges preconceived notions. Then again, that's pretty normal for many companies, just very pronounced in a fast growing company. Long hours - but then again, it's a start-up.
