Torinit provides a fantastic environment for interns who genuinely want to learn and grow. Instead of being handed trivial tasks, I was given real ownership within the AI and Data Engineering vertical, working directly on production-level RAG architectures, FastAPI backends, and asynchronous pipelines. The mentorship here is top-notch; my manager was incredibly supportive, always patient with my queries, and actively invested in my technical development. The culture truly promotes high engineering standards and meaningful innovation.
Desventajas
Fast-paced consulting environment with tight timelines and a steep initial learning curve. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first if you aren't a proactive, self-paced learner.
