      Flexible working hours, colleague is friendly.

      Desventajas

      Management has a lot of politics, and are not as transparent as they claim. Many senior's tech skill there is pretty sucks just because you stay longer you will get promoted.

      Good environment for employees. And you get healthy life balance.

      Ventajas

      1. Salary is better than 80% software companies in Taiwan. 2. If you want to learn SCRUM, here is a good place. 3.Good welfare

      Desventajas

      1. You will fail the probation easily if you are not talented enough. 2. If it's your first job, I don't recommend here. 3. You need to be 24/7 oncall (maybe per month).
