      - Colleagues are very friendly - Interview process is transparent - Very generous benefits - Company is willing to invest in your growth (courses, etc.)

      Desventajas

      - Flexible working hours means you sometimes have to stay until near midnight - You will have to be on standby 1-2 times a month

      1. Salary is better than 80% software companies in Taiwan. 2. If you want to learn SCRUM, here is a good place. 3.Good welfare

      Desventajas

      1. You will fail the probation easily if you are not talented enough. 2. If it's your first job, I don't recommend here. 3. You need to be 24/7 oncall (maybe per month).
