Ventajas

I am enjoying a very creative and collaborative work atmosphere with a team who know how to do great work, including improvising with amazing flexibility and knowledge of the products. I know it's a good company as I enjoy walking through the front door in the morning.

Desventajas

If I had to pick anything that I don't like as much, it's that there isn't a ton of conversation between the developers and the rest of the team. They're really focused and do great stuff, but I haven't had a ton of chances to get to know many of them.
