Ventajas

All of the training is hands on and in either a one on one setting, or in small groups. The management team pushes the employees every day to meet personal and professional goals. It is a super positive work environment where the focus in on the bigger picture and advancement. There is no seniority, so I wasn't stuck in a position waiting for a promotion, it was solely based on my skill level.

Desventajas

The position is a management training position, so the program is definitely designed to condition and train someone for an upper management position, so there are times where I felt like I was learning a ton of information at once. Weekends are involved with this position, whereas with my previous employer I was making my own schedule and had weekends off. Also, it's humbling to work a booth inside of Sam's Club or Costco and see friends or family members shopping inside the store.

Ventajas

Young environment with nice but brainwashed people from their scheme they put out. Not much positive things to say. The only positive reviews on this site are from the employees (victims) they have already brainwashed.

Desventajas

Where do I start.... The interview is very misleading they promise you things that they don't fall through with ( don't by their amazing vacation they take you on if you work hard) Base pay is minimum wage and they try to say you get commission on top of that but you're sharing your commission with 4 other people that comes out to be barely anything. You have to drive around a lot using your own car and gas. They have motivational meetings everyday which is trying to get your confidence up to sell more of their junk in Costco and SAMs club for little money. Which felt like more of being brainwashed. Their so called "steps of knowledge" for selling items is not very accurate terminology. No matter what position they tell you that you're getting hired onto you all start at the same position selling junk in Costco and SAMs club. It's their tactic to get more employees by giving you a cool job title to make you think you have a legit job. Where personally I think that is categorized as lying. They have you call in on your time off for pointless calls to motivate the people that are working that day. Please don't make the same mistake I made by working for these people and find something better for yourself.
