Management understands flexibility & the need for compensation for employees. There is a united mission to serve our community.

Desventajas

Low pay, stressful clients, always a high need while there is low staffing. Funding barriers for meeting program needs. Monetary compensation is low compared to other degree-required jobs available.

None. This is a great non-profit to work for.

Ventajas

Friendly staff, great at helping people, supportive in the community

Desventajas

Training was not very organized, a lot of turnaround, some senior staff were rude, and not great communication between manager when traveling to other sites, no guarantee of a raise every year as it is a non-profit. I never experienced a year of no getting one but knew that it was a possibility.
