Conservative culture. For a startup there was a lot of reluctance around new ideas and making major changes to process (small changes were constant, but rarely solved big problems)
Despite the best intentions of the founders, diversity was an issue that they struggled with, we were much whiter and uniform than most London companies (or startups for that matter)
