If you like rolling up your sleeves, improving systems, and being trusted to lead without micromanagement, this is a great place to grow. Like many growing companies, the pace can be demanding. Change happens quickly, and not everything is perfectly defined from day one. This isn’t the right environment if you prefer rigid structure, minimal ambiguity, or a “clock in / clock out” mindset.

Every company in HCM is shrinking territories, cutting comp etc… Thread is doing the exact opposite and it is the best environment to sell I’ve ever seen. There are a few unicorns out there still, and this is the best one. The CEO is amazing and spends all her time creating an amazing company culture, management is happy as a result and loves and cares about their people, the comp and benefits are absolutely incredible, the product is great, and the service is the best I’ve ever seen. I will never leave, this is the best company I’ve ever worked for!!
