There is a strong emphasis on process improvement, collaboration across teams, and long-term client success rather than quick wins. The culture rewards ownership and problem-solving. If you like rolling up your sleeves, improving systems, and being trusted to lead without micromanagement, this is a great place to grow. Teams are supportive, communication is prioritized, and there’s a real sense that people want each other to succeed.

Desventajas

Like many growing companies, the pace can be demanding. Change happens quickly, and not everything is perfectly defined from day one. This isn’t the right environment if you prefer rigid structure, minimal ambiguity, or a “clock in / clock out” mindset.

Ventajas

Every company in HCM is shrinking territories, cutting comp etc… Thread is doing the exact opposite and it is the best environment to sell I’ve ever seen. There are a few unicorns out there still, and this is the best one. The CEO is amazing and spends all her time creating an amazing company culture, management is happy as a result and loves and cares about their people, the comp and benefits are absolutely incredible, the product is great, and the service is the best I’ve ever seen. I will never leave, this is the best company I’ve ever worked for!!

The flexibility of a remote position. Employer-paid benefits for employees only. Friendly and collaborative co-workers.

Desventajas

The ongoing restructuring has led to instability, poor decision-making, and decreased employee morale. Limited opportunities for growth or career advancement. Employees are often left to navigate organizational changes without adequate support or guidance from leadership. Leadership undervalued high-performing employees, which hindered organizational success. Despite talented co-workers, the lack of cohesive leadership negatively impacts team performance and overall job satisfaction.
